was created to provide an informal, good-faith forum for discussion about the future and ongoing management of the Ouray Ice Park. IPAT serves as a space for the Parties and any interested community members to come together and talk through topics that impact the Ice Park, including:

• Management and operations
• Park usage and recreational interests
• Commercial interests and guiding considerations
• Capital planning and long-term strategic planning
• Succession planning and sustainability
• Mission, vision, and values
• Economic impact to the community
• Unforeseen issues as they arise
