• Yoga, breathwork & ancient meditation techniques taught by certified yoga instructors
• Ayurveda-informed wellness consults
• Custom private retreats in nature
• Reiki
• Music such as kirtan (call and response of mantras)
• Healer and creative art workshops with colleagues
